1. Who operates this site

2. What this site is, and is not
This site presents IT consultancy services and puts you in touch with the Operator. Through it:
- no prices are displayed and no products or services are sold;
- no contracts are concluded;
- no payments are processed.
Published information is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement is established through a separate, individually negotiated contract.
3. The initial conversation
The initial conversation and the resulting recommendation are free of charge and create no obligation for either party. Sending a message does not oblige the Operator to accept the project, and the recommendation does not oblige you to follow it.
4. Commercial terms are set by contract
The way of working described on this site, including when payments occur, is informative. The terms applicable to an actual engagement are those in the signed contract, which prevails over any description on this site.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, meaning text, structure, graphics, visual identity and code, belongs to the Operator or is used under licence, and is protected under Romanian Law 8/1996 and applicable EU law.
Reproduction, distribution or commercial use, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited. Quotation with attribution and a link to the original page is permitted.
Names, trademarks and materials of the projects shown belong to their respective owners and appear for reference.
6. The Operator's role in the projects shown
Portfolio projects are labelled with the role held: built directly, coordinated or brokered. Listing a project does not imply the Operator performed the entire work, except where the label states so.
7. Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites outside the Operator's control. You access them at your own risk. The Operator is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
8. Limitation of liability
Information is provided "as is". The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is error-free or that the site will be continuously available.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to access, this site. This clause does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Acceptable use
Prohibited: attempting unauthorised access; submitting unlawful or misleading content through the form; automated use of the form; and any action affecting the site's operation.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and by submission rate limiting.
10. Changes to these terms
The Operator may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published at the time of access; the last update date appears at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and disputes
Romanian law applies. Disputes are to be settled amicably; failing that, the courts at the Operator's registered office have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade or profession), you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro, including its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure.
The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available.
