Honesty
I say things straight — even if it is not what you came to hear.
If a solution does not fit, I say so. If there is a simpler path, I show it to you — and I take it, even when a bigger project would be more convenient for me.
My name is Tudor Costin. I am 20 years old and I have been working in IT since 16.
Four years in which I sat on every chair inside a software product: I wrote code, I answered tickets at 2 a.m., I ran development meetings, I sold the product to clients in the US, and I designed AI flows for SaaS. Today I do one thing: I solve your business problem with the right people — people I already know.
I got into IT at 16 for a banal reason: I wanted to understand how the things I used every day actually worked. My first serious role was Frontend Developer in PHP, on enterprise products and web platforms. A year and a half in which I learned that a good product is not born from beautiful code — it is born from the good questions asked before anyone touches the keyboard.
After development, I moved to Technical Support & Account on REIvolution.io — a complex CRM used by large US real-estate agencies. Over two years of managing tickets, joining development meetings on American time zones, and selling the product to clients who had no time to waste on long explanations. That is where I learned what a client really is: someone who does not want a technology, they want their problem gone by Friday.
Along the way, I helped build SwiftMail — an email system integrated into the Podio CRM — and OverView, a Business Intelligence platform with KPIs, dashboards, and reports. I contributed to a national-level platform for nutrition clinics in Romania, to ERP systems, and to several SaaS products across different industries. I also stepped into Prompt Engineering, where I designed AI flows for SaaS products — the part where technology has to behave like a teammate, not like a tool.
Four years in, I realized something simple: the most valuable piece of all this experience is not me — it is the network of people I have come to know and trust: developers, financial consultants, marketers, visual designers. The entrepreneurs around me were losing weeks hunting for the right vendors; I already had them in my contacts.
That is how my consulting was born — not as a break, but as a natural evolution. I moved to the other side of the table: instead of delivering one piece of a product, I deliver the entire solution, through the right people for each piece. You come with a business problem. I bring the team.
For software execution I work with FastCodingAgency — my principal collaborator: an ambitious project with a team of 15-20 developers shipping quality software at super competitive prices and with insanely fast lead times. Around the software, I coordinate delivery through a network of vetted partners (finance, marketing, visual, niche development for stacks FCA doesn't cover). The Tudor Costin brand stays the single point of contact and decision; FastCodingAgency and the partners stay the execution arm. That is how I can guarantee the same level of quality from the first email all the way to delivery in your hands.
I live in Romania, I work with entrepreneurs from RO and abroad, and I am building one single thing: a hub where one person is enough to get any project moving.
Four years, step by step — every milestone tied to a product I contributed to.
| Year | Milestone | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 2022 | First role — Frontend Developer (PHP) | I enter IT at 16, on enterprise products and web platforms. I learn to ship interfaces that hold up under real traffic. |
| 2023 | SwiftMail & OverView | I contribute to SwiftMail (email integrated into Podio CRM) and to OverView — a Business Intelligence platform with KPIs, dashboards, and reports. |
| 2024 | REIvolution.io — Technical Support & Account | I move to the CRM used by large US real-estate agencies. Ticket management, development meetings, direct sales to clients. |
| 2025 | Prompt Engineering & the national nutrition clinics platform | I design AI flows for SaaS products. I contribute to the national-level platform for nutrition clinics in Romania and to ERP systems. |
| 2026 | Consulting launch — Hub-Consultant | I officially move to the consulting side. I build the hub: a single point of contact with a top-tier network behind it. |
Four non-negotiable principles. They are the filter through which I decide who I work with, what I recommend, and how I talk to you.
I say things straight — even if it is not what you came to hear.
If a solution does not fit, I say so. If there is a simpler path, I show it to you — and I take it, even when a bigger project would be more convenient for me.
The risk sits with me, not with you.
I do not ask for money upfront. You pay at the end, when the product is delivered and working. If you drop out mid-project, you pay nothing — I cover the costs.
Four years in IT, seen from every angle.
Development, support, account, prompt engineering. I speak the language of developers and the language of entrepreneurs — and I translate, in real time, between the two.
I save your time and your money.
I look for solutions that cut unnecessary costs, shorten processes, and free up hours of your week. If we do not measure the impact, I have not delivered.
What I bring to the table — both personally and through the network I coordinate.

"I learned IT at 16 to understand how things work. At 20, I understood that things only work with the right people. That is what I deliver now: the right people, served on your table."
