The projects that show how I think, not just what I shipped.
Recent deliverables, in three different roles. Every card says which one it was.
Not all the projects below mean the same thing, and there is no point pretending they do. On some I wrote the code myself, from scratch to delivery. On others the product belongs to FastCodingAgency and I run the execution and the client relationship. On others I brought the client in and eased the adoption. Every card says which of the three it was: built by me, coordinated, or intermediated.
That distinction is not a weakness to hide, it is the product itself. Someone who says „here I wrote the code, here I led the team, here I made the connection" is describing exactly a hub; someone who presents them all the same way is describing an agency that exaggerates. The model works across very different industries: healthcare, winemaking, construction, neighbourhood retail, religious tourism, CNC machining and industrial manufacturing. For each project: role, status, context, and, where they exist, the metrics that matter.

Winemaking, online shop
A small winery whose customers come almost entirely from TikTok. That changes the problem completely: nobody needed convincing that the wine is good. The video had already done it. What needed shortening was the distance between "I liked what I saw" and "the bottle is at my door". I built the online shop from zero to delivery, with integrated payment and courier, so the whole journey fits into a few taps on a phone, starting from a link in a bio. Delivered and in use.
A senior residence opening this autumn. The site has a very specific reader: usually an adult child, in the evening, on a phone, at the end of a decision they never wanted to make. They do not need superlatives, they need answers: what the rooms look like, who is there at night, what an ordinary day involves. I built the presentation around those questions rather than around a list of amenities. Still to come: the post-renovation photography and the permits.

An application that joins the office to the site. It holds the execution schedule when several contractors with separate crews work on the same build, so the project does not drift and extra costs do not appear.
Used by the contractor Nexo on the Exigent Plaza projects in Bucharest.
Manufacturing: aluminium and glass walls and partitions, Brașov
One system joining sales, operations and invoicing, with no hopping between applications and no re-entering of data. Plus a new website, replacing the old WordPress one.
The link below still points at the old site. It changes on its own once the team publishes the new one.
A multidisciplinary clinic in Brașov opening in autumn 2026, covering everything from dentistry to imaging and ENT. I built the site with fast booking, an AI chat and a doctors’ portal where each physician sees their own schedule. It all converges in the reception portal, which also drives the automated SMS system: a single source of truth for who, when and where.

It started with a client who could no longer stand the software she used every day. I promised her a better one, then put the team on it. Inventory management for neighbourhood shops: product scanning, stock tracking and direct submission to the Romanian tax portal, with no intermediate steps and no manual exports. It is not on sale yet: I coordinate development and ask her for feedback at every stage, because that is the only way to know whether we are solving the real problem or just a plausible one. Launching by the end of the year.

A site that explains a niche service in 5 seconds and converts the visitor into a real enquiry, not just into traffic.
Healthcare / SaaS. A FastCodingAgency product, built from scratch
Small dental practices and multi-specialty clinics get a serious platform (appointments, patient portal, multi-tenant, GDPR, multilingual) they could not otherwise have afforded.
An AI-assisted brain scanning centre in Bucharest. It uses the iMediSync 19-dry-electrode headset to turn the brain's electrical activity into a visual map in about seven minutes, with a specialist reading the results on the spot. A trilingual site, Romanian, English, Italian, with online booking and both scan types explained.
A network of neurofeedback and qEEG assessment clinics across ten locations: nine in Romania and one in Verona. The site covers three distinct worlds with separate journeys: clinical, wellness and education. The real challenge was information architecture: dozens of conditions, six brain-training technologies, clinical studies and a franchise section, all reachable without losing the visitor.

Joinery, doors, windows and shading systems, Onești
A local business in Onești with a showroom and its own installation teams, selling a wide catalogue: interior and metal doors, PVC and aluminium joinery, glass partitions, roller shutters, blinds and pleated systems. They already had a site, technically outdated. I rebuilt it around a single fact: someone who needs a window does not search for a brand, they search for „doors windows Onești". The domain, the URL structure and each of the 25+ pages are anchored to the town and to a distinct search intent. After the relaunch, organic clicks grew from 1,500 to 2,000 per month.
